Delivery & Shipping

We offer island-wide delivery across Sri Lanka through our third-party courier partners. Delivery is available to all districts.

Available for orders within the Colombo District only. Payment is collected by the courier at the time of delivery.

Available for all orders island-wide. Transfer payment to our account and send your slip via WhatsApp to confirm your order.

Defective Products

If you believe your product is defective, please follow the process below:

    Contact us via WhatsApp or phone with your order number and a description of the issue — include photos or a short video if possible.

    Bring the defective product along with your order receipt to our showroom at 200A Stanley Thilakarathna Mawatha, Nugegoda.

  3. 3

    Our team will inspect the product in person to assess the issue and determine the appropriate next steps.

Defective product claims must be raised within a reasonable time of receipt. Products showing signs of misuse, physical damage, or unauthorised modifications will not be eligible.

Warranty Claims

Any applicable warranty claims are managed directly through the respective supplier or manufacturer. Warranty terms, duration, and coverage vary by product and brand.
